Shipping policy

Items in stock will ship within 1 to 2 weeks from my studio. Custom orders are subject to creation time and current work load, and are not always available. 

After the items are shipped, they are out of our hands. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged due to post office error. Standard shipping is free, *but* (just a lil' butt*) if you would like to upgrade your shipping to have a signature and insurance please contact me PRIOR to purchasing and I will adjust the shipping fees if applicable and allowed.

How long it takes your package to arrive depends on the mail carrier, their current work load, and your chosen shipping speed . . .  Insurance and signature requirement are possible upon request! REQUEST I SAY!!! (this would mostly just be for very large orders.)

I will ensure your item is packed perfectly as a swaddled baby fruit bat to prevent any shipping damage. I PROMISE. I want you to come back!!!
